Beloved Lumiere Guest Devotional

Amy Elaine - Beloved Lumiere Devotional

This is a guest devotional I did for the Beloved Lumiere Devotional. The Beloved Lumiere Devotional is a great weekly encouragement from Amy Elaine and I encourage you to check out Amy and her other fantastic writings, and subscribe to her weekly devotional on her website here

The Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath.” Mark 2:27(HCSB)
BeLoved Lumière Devotional FEATURING: Karla Swanigan

There is a chapter in the book of John that has really been pressing on my heart lately. You know, the kind of pressing that makes you obsess over a verse? Playing the scenarios over and over in your mind until you realize that maybe there’s something there that the Holy Spirit is trying to show you?

In this passage from John chapter 9, a blind man has been healed and the people in the community are amazed and astounded at this awesome miracle! But now, here come the Pharisees, the “religious” people.

They brought the man who used to be blind to the Pharisees. The day that Jesus made the mud and opened his eyes was a Sabbath. So again the Pharisees asked him how he received his sight. “He put mud on my eyes,” he told them. “I washed and I can see.” Therefore some of the Pharisees said, “This man is not from God, for He doesn’t keep the Sabbath!” John 9:13-16(HCSB)

Websters defines the word scandalous as this: Causing general public outrage by a perceived offense against morality or law.

So here’s what’s happening in this passage. Jesus has just done this amazing miracle-healing a man that’s been blind since birth. And instead of rejoicing, instead of being happy and thankful, these religious leaders are only worried about the law.

The Religious Ones considered what Jesus had done to be scandalous. These were ‘Rabbinical Laws’, man made laws, things considered by man to be ‘work’ on the Sabbath. These laws were written by man in addition to the laws required by God.

Then He told them, “The Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath.” Mark 2:27(HCSB)

So you see, the law was there to point to the need for grace-the need for a Savior. Jesus was right there in front of them and they couldn’t see it. Essentially, they were blind too.

Do you recognize the irony in this passage?

Jesus healed a physically blind man, but the ones who had their physical sight also needed His healing- for their spiritual blindness.

The study notes from this portion of scripture in The Passion Translation say this:

“Traditions and superficial knowledge of the Bible can actually blind our hearts if we do not believe in Jesus above all other religious dogmas. Many of those who knew the scriptures refused to believe.”

Scandalous Grace
“Let’s not let the rules, laws, & customs of Christianity get in the way of loving & caring for people. When we do, we miss the heart of the Gospel entirely.” ~ Karla Swanigan

In a nutshell, here’s what I want to say about that:

Reading the Bible isn’t enough.

Knowing the commandments and all the “rules” is not enough. We also need to be in authentic, intimate relationship with our Savior.
We have to know Jesus.

To help put this into an applicable, “our current culture” situation, think of it this way. Imagine that I went out to a party and ended up having way too much to drink. I realize it is unsafe for me to get behind the wheel, so I call up one of my Christian friends to explain my circumstance and ask for a ride home. But instead of agreeing to help me, my friend begins to quote the Bible. She tells me that, in fact, she will not come pick me up because it says in Ephesians 5:16 not to get drunk.

What?!? Are you serious?

Okay, yes, it does say that in the Bible. But it also says “love covers a multitude of sins”. And not to mention the verse in Proverbs 17 that says “a friend loves AT ALL TIMES” (emphasis mine).

Friends, we are not called to be religious. WE are called to LOVE.

Let’s not let the rules, laws, and customs of our Christianity get in the way of us loving and caring for people. When we do that, we have missed the heart of the Gospel entirely.

Jesus tells us over and over in the New Testament to follow Him. And Paul tells us in Ephesians 5:1-2 to “be imitators of God, to walk in love as Christ loved us”.

You guys, our desire should be to look like Jesus. Let us passionately pursue loving others like Jesus.

Be that shining light that illuminates the Gospel in a way that points to Him, not some religion.

For whoever does not love, does not know God, for God is love.
1 John 4:8

Be Loved in The Light ~
Prayer: Abba God, I pray that you would “unblind” our hearts today from any religious dogmas or legalistic views. I pray that we would walk in true, authentic relationship with you, our Savior. Lord Jesus, let us look like you. I pray that we would not only walk in love, but that we would look like LOVE. And Father, please increase our ability and overwhelming desire to extend your scandalous grace to the world. May we always point the way to you, Jesus. In the mighty, holy, and beautiful Name above all names we pray, AMEN.

Year End Newsletter 2016

Merry Christmas sweet friends!

As 2016 comes to a close, I would like to share a few things that God has done with KSM this year!

This past July I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Ecuador to speak and minister with Transformados Guayaquil, a local ministry, as well as do a week of missions with a church team from Colorado.  Thank you again to everyone who made this trip possible with their generous donations and faithful prayers!

In February we started the KSM Podcast, where I regularly share teaching, message clips, and whatever the Lord puts on my heart. If you haven’t yet listened or become a subscriber to the podcast, you can find it on iTunes, Soundcloud and Google Play Music. This March we released our first Video Devotional Series, and throughout the year I have been a regular speaker at Saturday Night Supper Club.

This year we have been moving forward with plans and team meetings for the Chrysalis House. Chrysalis House of Colorado empowers women recently released from incarceration to join a home community where they are offered a fresh start. It will be a safe place for the ladies to learn their true identity in Christ, receive healing, ministry, counseling, encouragement, and the life skills to set themselves up for success. The Chrysalis House will be a faith-based Residential 1 to 2 year, 4 Phase program that empowers and encourages these women to become the woman and live the life God created them to live. Our goal is that women who complete the Chrysalis House program will have the necessary tools to be successful in the community and never return to jail.

As we enter 2017 we are believing for this vision to become a reality. It remains a huge undertaking so please continue praying for favor, open doors, wisdom and clarity as we continue to move forward with this project. If you would like to partner with KSM to help make Chrysalis House a reality, you may make a financial contribution to the Chrysalis House Fund on our website, or find out other ways you can help here.

I want to thank ALL of our donors who have contributed to KSM in 2016. You make it possible for us to continue to walk out the vision God has given us for KSM and for The Chrysalis House. I ask you as you make decisions about your end of year giving to please prayerfully consider making a tax deductible donation to KSM and supporting the work God is doing through this ministry. There are several easy ways to get involved and donate to the ministry including electronically through our website. We are incredibly grateful for any amount of financial support and we also covet your prayers as we continue to walk in obedience to the specific call of God for KSM and the Chrysalis House.

Dearest friend, my prayer for you this Christmas is that you begin to see the new beginnings God has for you in 2017. As you transition into your new season, I pray that you hear His voice louder than ever before and you know His heart for you in a deeper way.

Love and Hugs,

PS.- If you haven’t already done so, please check our our Website, like us on Facebook, and follow us on Instagram and Twitter. You can find our podcast in Itunes.

KSM in Ecuador!

Click here to donate online to KSM in Ecuador!

Dear Friends and Family,

Hey everybody! I hope you are doing well :).  I want to tell you about an amazing God opportunity KSM has coming up in July.  I will be going on a Ministry and Missions trip to the country of Ecuador July 5th through the 17th.  I will be visiting two different cities. On Tuesday, July 5th, I will be traveling to Guayaquil, Ecuador to visit dear friends in the ministry- Bladimir and Ma Lorena de Santander. The Santanders have an amazing ministry there called  “Transformados Guayaquil”.  I will have the honor of preaching, teaching, and doing ministry with them while I am there. I am incredibly grateful to be offered this opportunity to share in the spread of the gospel with such an amazing ministry that is already doing so much to bring the love and healing of Jesus Christ to their city.

Then on Saturday afternoon, July 9th, I will be traveling by plane from Guayaquil to the city of Quito, Ecuador for the second part of my journey. Quito is the capital city of Ecuador and an estimated 2.5 million people live there. Upon arrival I will be joining a missions team from Front Range Community Church- a local church from here in Colorado. During this leg of the trip, we will be partnering with a church called “La Cosecha” (The Harvest).  We have the incredible opportunity to serve with the church, participating in various projects at the church and in the community. We are including the youth of the church in hopes of having a double impact by mentoring them at the same time that we participate in service projects- one of which is helping them put a desperately needed new roof on their building. Other projects we are excited to lead include a vacation bible school, prayer night, and community family night.

In total, I will be in Ecuador for approximately 2 weeks and, as I’m sure you can imagine, it is very expensive to travel that far. I will be raising my own support and cannot do it without the help of you- my family and friends. The total amount I need to raise for my trip to Ecuador is $2875. This amount covers flights, lodging, and materials and supplies for the church we are helping in Quito. All donations are tax deductible.

The Lord has placed a very clear call on my life to ministry and missions in other countries and I am very excited to find out all that He has in store for me in Ecuador!  We are all called to spread the gospel to the ends of the world; while some are called to serve with hands and feet, others are called to serve with their finances.  Please consider helping to send me to Ecuador by donating today online or by check (made out to KSM).  I am also asking that you would please keep me and KSM in your prayers as I continue to follow God’s call on my life to share and minister His heart to the nations.

I am eternally grateful for your financial donations and your continued prayers!  I never take it for granted. I know that for many of you, sowing into this trip financially will be a true sacrifice for your family. I pray that God will bless you abundantly for all you do!

Of course I will be keeping all of you posted through social media so make sure to follow KSM on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and SnapChat(karlaw.ak)! I am believing that God is going to do great and mighty things for His Kingdom through this trip and I hope you will share and partner with me by sowing into it financially and with your prayers :).

Love and Hugs,

KSM Spring 2016 Newsletter

Happy Spring Sweet Friends!

It has already been an incredible year for KSM! I want to update you on some new things we are doing and let you know what has been happening since the beginning of the year.

I am really excited to share the brand new KSM Podcast! The podcast is home to devotionals, teachings, encouragements and anything else that’s on my heart to share. You can find the podcast in iTunes and subscribe to automatically receive new episodes as they are posted. If you don’t use iTunes you can also find the podcast on SoundCloud. I would love it if you would subscribe and share with your friends!

In February, my assistant -Rachel, and I attended the Bethel Prophetic conference in Redding, CA. It is always an amazing time of powerful worship and revelational teaching whenever I attend one of their conferences! We spent 3 days soaking up everything we could :). It was a wonderful blessing to be able to go and I look forward to my trip there again in August for the Bethel School of the Prophets conference.

The next week after we got back from Bethel we launched our first ever Video Devotional Series on the website. This series was all about the Gift of Faith. I want to thank you all for spreading the word and sharing with your friends. The response has been incredible and I am so blessed to see people impacted by the Holy Spirit through these short videos. Even though it was launched as a week-long series, the videos are still currently available on the KSM website here. Be sure to check them out if you haven’t already!

I was thrilled to be the Guest Speaker twice at a local church ministry, Saturday Night Super Club, in the months of February and March. We had great turnouts and it was a wonderful time of worship, ministry, and fellowship! Coming up on April 26th I will be speaking at the Rock Mops Group in Castle Rock. I will be sharing a message about Authentic Friendship with my dear friend Paula Clodfelder. Please pray that we would shine the authentic love of Jesus and be a source of encouragement to all those amazing moms!

I continue to meet with several people a week in my KSM office who need crisis prayer ministry, discipleship, or mentoring. God is so faithful to share His heart with them during these appointments and to bring healing and hope to all who need it. I wanted to share a recent testimony from one of our young, single moms who I have been meeting with for several months:

Karla, I just wanted to take a minute to tell you just how amazing and special you have been to me. Over the past several months you have mentored me and given me a new outlook on life and the situations God has placed me in. You have helped me through so many internal struggles as well as helping me recognize God in my every day life. Through your work and your ministry I have been able to find peace as well as passion. I wouldn’t know where I would be in my walk if I hadn’t met you at the crucial time that I did. Thank you for all that you do for me. Love you!!!

Thank you so much for continuing to support KSM through your prayers and financial donations. As you can see, it IS making a difference!

And finally, as always, I am dreaming big for the Transition Home. This year I have organized a “Vision Team” to help bring that dream to reality. We are taking it one step at a time and believing that God will do everything He wants to do with this project. I ask that you join with me in praying for the open doors and favor with organizations, government, and partners for the Transition Home, as well as clear guidance from the Holy Spirit for every decision we make.

Sweet Friends, I am so blown away by all that God has allowed me to be a part of through this ministry and I can’t wait to see what He has planned next. I am continually praying and expecting His Goodness in everything He has called me to. He is faithful! Please know how thankful I am for all of your notes and emails of encouragement! You are all such a blessing to me and this ministry and I am eternally grateful.

Love and Hugs,

2015 KSM Year End Newsletter

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year friends!

I can’t believe that the end of 2015 is already upon us! I am so grateful to be able to share with you that God has done “exceedingly, abundantly more than I could have ever hoped, dreamed or imagined” (Ephesians 3:20). I am absolutely astounded at His goodness, faithfulness and loving kindness :).

I want to update you on some of the great happenings with KSM these past few months since my last newsletter. The Lord has really been highlighting the prayer ministry side of KSM. I am meeting with an average of 5 to 6 people per week in our KSM office. I spend an hour to an hour and a half with each appointment as I encourage and share God’s heart with the individuals in need of mentorship, discipleship and healing prayer. I am so honored to hear God’s heart for them and to be able to minister to them through prophetic words and personal prayer. All of these appointments are free of charge and are strictly covered by your generous donations to KSM. We have been able to provide Bible study DVDs and workbooks, Bibles in several translations and encouraging audio messages to the people that I meet with on a weekly basis. Also because of your donations we are able to continue to rent our office space and cover all of our administrative costs.

One of our main goals for the upcoming year 2016, is to begin the Planning Phase Team meetings for the Transformation Home. This will be a home for girls and women released from incarceration where they can get a fresh start built on a new foundation. We hope to have the team put together that will help make this vision a reality and will begin board meetings in January. This is a huge undertaking so please continue to pray for wisdom, clarity and doors to be opened for us as we step out. I also humbly ask that you specifically pray for courage and the gift of faith to see this beautiful dream come to pass.

I want to close by sincerely thanking ALL OF YOU who donated to KSM in 2015. I never take for granted your sacrifice and generosity. I ask that as you make decisions about your end of year giving to please prayerfully consider donating to KSM and supporting the work God is doing through this ministry. One of the newest and easiest ways to support KSM is through Amazon Smile. When you start your Amazon shopping at smile.amazon.com, and choose Karla Swanigan Ministries as your selected charity, Amazon donates a portion of your purchase price to KSM automatically at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU. There are several easy ways to get involved and donate to the ministry including electronically through our website. We are incredibly grateful for any amount of financial support and we also covet your prayers as we continue to walk in obedience to the specific call of God for KSM.

Sweet friend, I pray that this holiday season you celebrate all that God has done for you in the past year. I pray that you feel His Presence in tangible ways and that you see His love abounding for you more and more!

Love and Hugs,

karla-sig

Decisions and Dead Ends

Lately I have been having to look at some situations and make a lot of big decisions. Decisions about my life, my ministry, and my future. I could sense God leading me towards one particular opportunity. But to say yes to that choice is a bit scary and intimidating.

I had to decide in my heart that I was going to let God make the plan and I was going to trust Him and follow Him-wherever that path leads. I had to REFUSE TO LET FEAR MAKE MY DECISION. So even though I feel ill equipped and overwhelmed by the enormity of the task at hand, I’m going to say yes and watch Him move on my behalf. I’m going to say yes and do my part and let Jesus do His. Ultimately, it’s His way that I want to go. Any other path would be a dead end for me.

When we say yes and let go and let Jesus take the wheel that’s when amazing things happen. That’s when we see miracles. That’s when we see God do more than we could ever ask, hope, dream or imagine.

What choices and decisions are facing you today? What opportunities look too big, too hard, more than you are equipped for? What do you need to say yes to? Don’t let fear make your decisions for you. Put your trust in Jesus and let Him have His way.

“Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.” Ephesians 3:20 TPT

KSM Newsletter Issue 1

Sweet Friends,

I am so happy to write you this very 1st KSM Newsletter to update you on all that has been happening with the ministry.  I can’t believe how much God has done in such a short amount of time!  We applied for and received 501(c)(3) Non Profit status and launched the KSM website in early March.  I also received my first speaking invitation in March.  I spoke at The Rock Mops in Castle Rock and had a fantastic day with all those amazing moms.  This summer I spoke and ministered at a local Celebrate Recovery meeting and I was also the Guest Speaker at the Shine Women’s Retreat in Beaver Creek.  And another super fun thing I got to do over the summer was to be a guest on The Good News with Angie Austin Radio Show.  I was able to share my heart for dreams for KSM and all that God has called me to in ministry. One of the most exciting things that happened recently was that KSM was given an office!  One of our donating partners saw that there was a need and felt led to cover that expense and I am so grateful :).  Now I am able to meet with people one on one and in private when they want ministry.  It is so awesome to have a place to do that and watch God bring healing and encouragement to people who are  hurting.  In August I attended a One Week Ministry Training School led by Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in California.  I learned so much and was able to connect with some amazing leaders from all over the world.

I want to say Thank You SO MUCH to all of you who have prayed for me during this exciting time of new beginnings! I am so grateful for your prayers, your donations, and your encouraging notes and emails.  Although is was scary to step out and obey God’s nudging for me to start this ministry, He has confirmed His heart to me over and over through many of you :).

Please continue to keep KSM in your prayers.  One of the major things for the ministry that the Lord has put on my heart is to open a Transition Home for girls and women being released from incarceration.  I have been ministering at our local jail for several years now and I know firsthand what a huge need this is in our county.  I have recently been in contact with the officials there about opening a Transition Home where the ladies could come and receive ministry, discipleship, GED classes, job training, and a loving and nurturing new beginning.  Listen friends, Jesus made it clear when He was here on earth that He is ALL ABOUT redemption and restoration.  That is my heart for those who have no safe place to go after they are released from court ordered incarceration.  Although we are only in the foundational planning stages, we could use your support!  We need financial donations, prayers for direction and structure, and once it gets past the “planning phase” we will need lots of volunteers. So please prayerfully consider how you can help this dream become a reality :).

I love and appreciate you all very much.

Love and Hugs,

karla-sig

Step Out

A friend asked me a question the other day that really made me stop and think. “Karla, how did you step out in faith and start your ministry? It seems scary to leave the job you already had to go and start something new. How did you know what God was calling you to do?”

The short answer is- I did not fully know what God was calling me to, but I did feel peace. I felt His peace. Whenever I would pray and ask the Holy Spirit to confirm His will to me, I felt so much peace and even excitement. But as I also explained to my friend, although I felt sure that God was inviting me to go on this amazing adventure with Him- I was still scared. I was scared of all the uncertainty. I was scared of the unknown. I was scared to leave the people and comforts of my current job and ministry to start something new.

But most of all I was scared because the Lord wasn’t really showing me the whole picture. He was only calling me to lay one thing down and pick up another. And I had no idea what this “new thing” was going to look like. I just knew that the Lord was asking me to be brave and trust Him. As human beings, we tend to want to see every part of the picture laid out for us, every detail revealed before we will take a step. But God doesn’t always work like that. I was reminded of the verse from Genesis where God calls Abraham to “step out” into something new:

The LORD told Abram, “You are to leave your land, your relatives, and your father’s house and go to the land that I’m going to show you.  Genesis 12:1  ISV

Abraham had no idea where or what God was calling him to, but he had a promise.  The Lord tells Abraham in verse 2 that He will “bless him” and that he “will be a blessing”.  By obeying and stepping out in faith Abraham was blessed.

So that’s what I did. I stepped out. One (sometimes shaky) step at a time. I took a step and waited for the door in front of me to open. And when it did, I stepped through it. And each time I did God would reveal another piece of the puzzle. Then I would pray, sense His peace, and take another step and wait for another door to open. Until one day I was standing in front of an office door with my ministry name on it and with a fire and a passion to share God’s heart with others.

So here I am world. Ready to continue this amazing adventure wherever the Holy Spirit leads me :).  I encourage you, sweet friend, to step out into whatever God is leading you to do. Be brave! Move forward, even if you don’t know every detail of what it is going to look like. You don’t have to worry about the future-God’s already there. He is making a way for you. He planned it out before you were ever born. Follow His peace, ignore your fears, and be led by His Spirit. You’ll never regret it!

Then David said to his son Solomon, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He won’t leave you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the LORD’s house is finished.  1 Chronicles 28:20 HCSB

Honest Prayers

I haven’t been praying honest prayers lately. Well, I guess I’ve been praying honestly, but I haven’t been making honest “prayer requests” from my people. You know, the friends who know you best? The ones who love you through thick and thin? Your people.  The deal is our family has been going through some tough financial times lately. Because my husband’s business is seasonal, we try to save as much as possible from our busy summer season in order to cover all our expenses during the slower winter months when there’s not as much work available. But the past several winters have been especially hard. It seems like one thing after another keeps happening to deplete our finances. Something in our house breaks, a major appliance, our water heater, etc. So we dip into our already tight winter budget to get it fixed. Then a few days/weeks later something else breaks, or a car battery wears out, or the washing machine finally calls it quits after only half working most of the time anyway. Super frustrating. And stressful. Today our water went out for the 4th time in 4 weeks. We live out in the woods and have a well for our water supply. We’ve had sand in our water off and on for 2 months now. Our neighbor told us that our pump at the bottom of our well is probably going bad. We don’t have the money right now to have our well dug up and the water filter at the bottom replaced. So tonight when my husband was taking a shower after a long day at work and I was cooking dinner and the water flow stopped again completely, I just stood at the kitchen sink and laughed. Because if I don’t laugh, I’ll start crying.

Being under financial stress is no fun for anyone. It’s hard on your marriage, your relationships, your kids. It bleeds into every part of your life. It affects your sleep, your attitude, your health. It can make everything in your life pretty miserable. Lately, it seems to be getting to me more than it ever has in the past. I don’t know if it’s because the “sandy water” put me past my breaking point, or if I am just so weary from the battle of it all. Or, if I am beginning to believe the lie that it will always be this way. That our situation will never improve. That we’re stuck. All I do know is that I feel fragile, vulnerable, and tired. So, so tired. Tired of being strong, tired of being positive, tired of believing, tired of waiting. Always waiting it seems. That’s what I say to my friends when they ask how they can be praying for me. “Pray for breakthrough”, I always say. But now I feel like saying “Pray for my heart. I’m so sad. I’m so frustrated. I’m so tired.” But I don’t ever say that. And here’s why – many of my friends have situations or circumstances in their lives right now that are much worse than mine. One of my girlfriends is going through a horrible divorce. She spends every day trying to protect her children from an abusive father. Another friend has a dad fighting the advanced stages of cancer and my friend has had to move back home to take care of him. She feels helpless and alone, watching her dad suffer. I could go on and on, tons of people are in the middle of their own tough circumstances. So when I’m speaking with them about how they can pray for me, I feel completely absurd complaining about our “dirty” water, our tiny grocery budget, or that I can’t afford to get a haircut so I just keep wearing a ponytail everywhere I go. My problems feel trivial compared to theirs.

But I think there is something to being authentic and real with our trusted friends about our disappointments and personal struggles.  Even when they don’t compare to somebody else’s “bigger” problems. Praying for each other is such a powerful thing. In James 5:16, the Bible tells us to pray for each other because our prayers for each other have “great power”. That verse became a truth in my life today.  A dear friend who now lives out-of-state called my cell phone this morning. I didn’t have the energy to have a good attitude at the moment, plus I didn’t want to be Debbie Downer either. So I just didn’t answer. She left me a message saying that God had really put me on her heart all day today and that she was calling to check on me and let me know that she was praying for me. I finally called her back and told her the truth. She patiently listened while I told her what was going on in our lives. And then she did the sweetest thing. She said “Karla, I’m going to be honest. I don’t know why all these things keep happening. And I don’t have any great spiritual answers either.  So I don’t know what to say, except that I am praying for you”. I loved that. I loved that she just listened. That she didn’t try to convince me that it was no big deal and I should just get over it. She didn’t make me feel bad for complaining. I loved that she was willing to pray for me.  And that’s exactly what I needed.

What tough circumstance are you walking through? Don’t let the enemy lie to you and tell you that you are alone. Or that your situation is never going to change. Or that your circumstances are not going to get better. Because that is just not true. Our God is Faithful. Jesus will never leave you or forsake you. And whatever you do, don’t ever stop asking your dear friends for prayer. They care about you. You matter and your problems matter. Be truthful and authentic with the ones that love you. Every time you pray for each other you are bringing heaven to earth in your circumstances, one honest prayer at a time.

2 Corinthians 1:10-11: “We have put our hope in Him that He will deliver us again while you join in helping us by your prayers.”

Love and Hugs,

karla-sig
